Personal data
Data controller: the association cultuelle Abbatia Sancti Petri de Curte, represented by its president; contact: ac@abbayesaintpierre.org.
This site sets no cookies, does not measure its audience and has no forms. The personal data the association receives are those you send it yourself, by email or by post. They are used for the following purposes:
- replying to your messages: the association’s legitimate interest in replying to the messages it receives (GDPR, Article 6(1)(f));
- handling a request for a stay at the Saint-Michel House: steps taken at your request before an agreement, then carrying out the terms of the stay (Article 6(1)(b));
- keeping the list of members, receiving gifts and issuing tax receipts: the association’s legal and accounting obligations (Article 6(1)(c)) and its legitimate interest (point (f)).
Some of these data may reveal religious beliefs. The association, a not-for-profit body with a religious aim, processes them only for its members and for people in regular contact with it in connection with that aim, and does not disclose them outside the association without your consent (GDPR, Article 9(2)(d)).
Only the association’s board members and the people they ask to reply have access to your messages. The site and the association’s email are hosted by Websupport s. r. o. (Slovakia, European Union), which acts only on the association’s behalf. Your data are neither sold nor used for advertising.
Correspondence is kept for as long as is needed to reply and follow up your request, and for no more than three years after the last exchange; members’ data for the duration of membership; accounting records and copies of tax receipts for the periods set by law.
You may ask for access to your data, their correction, erasure or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to ac@abbayesaintpierre.org. You may also complain to the CNIL, the French data-protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
The typefaces are served by this site itself. Only pages that show a map load a mapping library (cdnjs) and OpenStreetMap map tiles: these services then receive your browser’s IP address.
